Nice, yeah once you get a taste of mastering a technique you want to do something bigger.

    Constructive Crit =)

I love the texture on the rocks and the water. It's very beautiful and detailed, and well colored. However this piece can also be improved in several ways. For one, I would prefer a larger resolution =) When there are such details, I like to see them up close. Also the balance in the picture is a bit off. The balance is heavily placed to the left of the picture with the "boat" and "star" both placed towards the left, without much to counter balance it. The rocks in the back look a bit repetitive, and less interesting than the rocks to the sides. And I would like the "star" to effect the lighting of the environment more. Interesting piece, though, with excellent work on the rocks and water.

Ok Karen You Can See A Much Larger Image Of This Fractal Over At My DeviantArt Profile. I'll Try To Figure Out How To Adjust The Lighting. The Background Rocks Are One Fractal Duplicated Twice, The Side Rocks Is One Fractal Duplicated Twice. The Water Is Two Different Fractals Duplicated Several Times, And Everything Else Is Other Fractal Elements. I Try To Do My Best Not To Alter The Original Fractals - So A Suggestion On How To Alter Lighting In A Photo Editing Program Would Be Appreciated.
