This is my entry for the contest of the MMO Aion. The challenge was to build a new instrument for the new bard class, which channel energy through the manipulation the strings of their instrument.
The design of the girl is based of the Bard official concept art.
As for the instrument itself, it is a magical variation of a nyckelharpa, a traditional swedish instrument. It plays more or less like a violin, but has a keyboard to fret the cords, which is played with the other hand.
