It seams as if his soul was leaving him.

Was that blurry part in front of him done with Photoshop?
And what is that text in the background? Lyrics?

  Actually very much of the picture is photoshoped. If you look at the pics name then you probably get an idea of where the "soul" is dragged to.
  
  The blurry part is photoshop yes. And the text is an lyric, yes. But from which song I will not say ;) haha
