A lot of people asks me if it's okay to replace sugar with Splenda or Stevia. I'm not an expert but by doing some research: the best answer I can think of is:
YES, absolutely. Anything is better than sugar or even worse, high-fructose corn syrup. The BEST is to avoid all of them as they are all refined to powder and are not in their original state the way nature intended and how your body is designed to consume.
