Hey, is "TRANSCEND" a serious book ?
I'am currently looking for some serious change into my life ( sleep time cycle too instable, too much fat & sugar in what i usually eat, it's not that i'm fat but my biology isn't that good )

I thought that book could give me some tips about living better. Will it ?

I don't think there is a better, more serious book out there. This is actually one of a series written by Ray Kurzweil, who is veneered by many as one of the most prolific inventors of the century. Basically, he doesn't claim crazy things without support them with solid scientific facts.

I suggest you watch about singularity... you'll be amazed. It's a 1+ hour long, so watch it with a cup of tea: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cc5gIj3jz44

And I'm wasn't fat neither before I changed my way of eating bad food. Now, I'm a little under normal weight for my body mass, but my low body fat (%) is where the good news is. No more bad fat like before (had some in the belly area). I sleep 8 hours a day, no nap. My heart, brain function better so more productivity.

PS. There is good fat and bad fat. There is good carb and bad carb. Sugar is a bad carb. It's almost considered poison by many researchers.

I've been sleeping exactly 8 hours, work 12 hours and never to nap for the past 2 months!
