Hope the anger is solved? Over here I got the HDR tonemapping now, good effects :) Just curious now what the HDR Intensity map is ;-)

The anger is gone for now but maybe will return ;-) The intensitiy map is the raw iteration data without color information, i. e., some kind of raw alpha channel :-)

Agree, usually the use is very limited. I use them only for (smooth) HDR height maps.
