Nice. I might crop out some of the top, and possibly include a tiny sliver more on the right (if you can). Maybe rotate it slightly in Photoshop/Lightroom so the horizon is level.

It's a nice photograph with atmosphere, but for a more professional look, try making a story. That man trudging away from the car's lights seems interesting, with the street lamps enclosing them both. In other words, I would have zoomed in way more to see if I could capture a story.
But again, it's still a lovely photograph.
