The Growth of Shadowness #15

Everyday the Shadowness staff and the mods are always brainstorming ideas and finding innovative ways to make Shadowness a continuously great experience with Meng using his quick ninja panda powers to make those features spring to life.

We work on making Shadowness a growing community as you grow along with us, we have votes, discussions and some arguments over what direction is best for the site, and what will help the community thrive. We are always looking for ways to promote you our artists and give you recognition for your amazing talents!

If any of you have any questions, comments or suggestions, this is the place to share them. We are community driven and cannot grow without you!

New Features and News:

Here are the features that we've added in order to optimize your Shadowness experience!

- Upload Step 2: Edit titles and description before submitting your piece
- Upload Step 2: Instantly Promote your latest uploads to your Facebook's news feed!
- Promote page: Promote your portfolio to Facebook's news feed. – shadowness.com/promote
- Quicker Comment time - Press Enter to comment on artwork and Shift+Enter to add a line.

Here is what Shadowness Members have helped us to achieve:

- We're now receiving 67,000+ pageviews a day, steadily. That's a solid 2 MILLION pageviews monthly.
- We broke the Unique Visitors Record with 10,000 unique visitors!
- On Facebook, we have reached 4,537 fans!
- Our daily output of articles are now 3-4 features per day, each article being viewed 400+ times!
- The Daily Inspiration/Daily Feature article is viewed more than 7000 times and shared by over 1,000 people each week!
- So far this month we have had 3,206 Active users!
- Shadowness members are subscribing at a rate of 1-5 per day now! We're so happy that you're happy with the features and the site!
