I don't think I have ever finished a portrait this fast, I started it this morning, soon after I had gone up. Then I painted until lunch, so maybe not much more than 3 hours... I say it again I have never painted a portrait this fast, and still feel pretty good about it, that is. And no, I did not save on the ink! Done with black ink & a bit of red. Then they started to sing to me in my head, whispering for my help." This came to me in a dream, I'm not sure what it was that they wanted from me. They were staring at me with their blank haunting eyes, but still it did not frighten me as much as it should have. Then I could hear them singing a beautiful song in my head asking for my help. Done with ink & graphite pencils. Thu, 31 Oct 2013 13:19:44 -0400 Forsaken place
"They will hunt and kill every life, until there is nothing left. Soon we will be gone, for we live in a forsaken place." Done with graphite pencils and ink. This is one outcome of that. I think it speaks for itself. Black ink on watercolor paper. Mon, 16 Sep 2013 12:56:04 -0400 The White Lady
The White Lady is the ghost of a young woman dressed in a white gown. She killed herself by jumping from the castle tower. Some say it was because of a troubled marriage, others that she suffered from a lonely heart. Either way, love can make us do mad things. Done with ink & graphite pencils. --- Facebook: Etsy shop: Sun, 11 Aug 2013 10:14:52 -0400 The screaming girl
When I read the poem 'The Girl that always screams' by Madame Grotesque, I got so inspired by it that I wanted to illustrate it. After Madame Grotesque herself gave me her permission, I started sketching. Now here it is, my illustrated version of her lovely poem. Read the poem here please: Done with graphite pencils & ink. --- Facebook: Etsy shop: Mon, 22 Jul 2013 10:24:05 -0400
