"Poppy" as Opiate is sometimes referred to, is a first mate aboard a Zion hovercraft that turned on the rest of her crew in order to be reinserted into the Matrix after she breaks down and comes to the conclusion that she can't deal with the real world.
I wanted to take more of a "portrait" approach with this study, to visualize how she would look if she were real as opposed to an in-game rendering.

The skin in her face looks very well rendered and shadowed. The eyes and mouth are really good too and give her a beautifull expression.

Jul 6th, 2007 Replythis is a beautiful portrait indeed, i like how it looks like a comic draw (i mean, the eyes and the nose) and at the same time a realistic portrait (lo0k at her lips :P ) maybe some more work on the hair would make a more realistic looking ,, anyway i really like it n_n i want a print XP
