forgot to mention. you gotta type rails once your terminal app launched relatively to your Locomotive UI.

To start working on your rails. Start Locomotive , then start a new project using the [+] at the bottum left. Select it's location keep the default settings and then right click open to terminal then you can add some more command line tasks to your rail.
