  Hm... someone else asked about the touch today and I say the same to you. Think about when you will need the touch and if you can't come up with anything then just buy the other one that is exactly the same but with no touch.
  
  I have an old wacom and I use it all the time, I have no mouse. I was going to upgrade and thought about the pen/touch tablet but changed my mind, if I do upgrade I will buy the one without touch.

  I'm so sorry, I wasn't notified about your answer! Anyway, you might know this now but with touch you can use it like the screen on a smartphone or rather like that pad on a laptop, without touch you can just use the pen on it.
