i LOVE the lighting on this one here, it's flawless, esp. in her eyes. the hair though, did you do this on photoshop or illustrator? i know it says photoshop for the software but photoshop is known for VEXEL, illustrator specializes in VECTOR. could you please explain this for me?

its 100% photoshop..that's the only software i used..vectors and vexels are can be done on both software,its a matter of who is doing it i think:D

hmmmmm........ok. i figured because illustrator is more of a design program and photoshop specializes in post-processing that that's how it usually went but i guess you learn something new everyday.
