do you have any tutorials as to how you make these?

No, I don't. The basics are using 3D models in a program called Poser (not sure if you're familiar with it or not, though taking a quick glance at your gallery, I see you know your way around 3D
) and then post working the scene in Paint Shop Pro to make the colors pop and give it a more painterly feel.
