  I believe if you 'knew' that you were a culmination of many life instances you would say you are an experienced photographer. There are no 'past' lives...it is more of a matter of location in time/space configuration. We are the product of all life nodes prior to current one. I assure you my dear one, you have much photographic experience. 'Belief' contains doubt while to 'know' has no such thing. It's all good baby : )
