perspective - Poison Ivy
Here's another of my first few portraits. I found this picture and she reminded me of Poison Ivy, so I painted her up. I want to retouch it I'm not happy with it any more. I'm gonna try to bring up the lights and darks, then I'll repost my next version. Ah, the beauty of digital art... the final version never needs to be the final version. Thanks for looking :)

perspective - Burn one down
Another early lasso drawing, I included a lot more blackwork than in "put 'em up." I'm really liking this tool. I guess it's giving me a vector look that I've never used before. Please comment folks, I know I can improve :)

  • SkiLLzv2 You really use the lasso to select each part of it and add in black? Youre crazy bro I love it

  • perspective Hell yeah man, its a great tool. After your first selection you have to shift lasso the rest. After you have the whole selection you just dump a color into part of your selection and it fills the whole thing in one shot. They seriously take like five minutes... I could do some that are much better quality but I like the feel of the fast ones.

One of my first drawings using the lasso. I really like this tool 'cause I can crank out black'n'whites in no time.

perspective - Highlighter Head
This was a study in highlights. I've been looking at airbrush style digital works and I love the look that opaque highlights contribute to a piece. Please comment, I would love to make this piece even better. Thanks for checking it out! :)

This was my first digital portrait. My muse was Brea Grant, the super-speedy chick from Heroes. Thanks for viewing my work everyone! Any critique is much appreciated, this is one of my favorite pieces but thats why I would like advice on making it even better :)
