    there is something very beautiful about this piece. i love how she seems to be blending into the background, losing a bit of herself. her head hangs from her body, almost in dismay, and her eyes are blackened as if to indicate the density of her thoughts. i love the pose and shape of this, and how all the color is focused onto one area, and yet the whole figure has dimension and depth.

    i haven't seen this one yet. although it's not as detailed as your usual piece, i must say i really dig the simplicity and the palette of colors! the girl very beautifully painted.
