Honestly, as someone who upgraded straight to CS4 after painting with 7.0 for 8 years, I saw no difference whatsoever in the painting engine. Which kinda made me angry, haha! I plan on waiting another 8 years at least until I upgrade again.

yeah Adobe products tend to make me angry sometimes too. It's a shame there are a lot of good answers to drawing problems already developed. I would like to see someone take all that innovation and make a really great tool.
