Now this is a prime example that a picture can say more than words, there's so much emotion radiating through the photo that i'm not even sure where and how to begin describing it. The way the model is facing right gives me the impression that it thinks it's doing fine enough (but that it still thinks it should lose some more weight from the grasping/pulling back the chest), while the downward angle and shape of the hands tells a completely different story - one of impending doom.
Jan 13th ReplyThe title can also be interpreted in more than one way. From a visual point of view it's inside the clothes, the facade, and the bones (inside) are showing, but it's also a view inside the mind of the person in it.
All in all it's a stunning composition that tells more about an eating disorder than a text could in the same space, and i can't help but to hope that the model is going to be ok.
