Alassie was born in Granada (Spain) on August 15, 1985, in a family of seamstresses. She began her studies of Textile Art, where she learned great quantity of textile crafts as the woven of tapestries and carpets, natural dyeing, traditional silk-screen, basketry.. After studying pattern creation, fashion design and styling in the Art School of Granada, she decided that costume design was going to be her purpose. She moved to Barcelona where she took a Master in Costume Desing for Theater, Movies, Opera and TV at the Instituto Europeo di Desing. By July 2008, Alassie opened her blog: El Costurero Real (the Royal Tailor), thought at first to be a logbook of her works in design, but as it had a great acceptance and many visits it became her registered trademark. After appearing in some media, as the newspaper El Mundo, Granada Hoy, 20 Minutos, and many online media, she was awarded by the Junta de AndalucĂa for the Best Idea of Young Company 2009. By the Spring of 2009 she worked as costume designer for El Muro, the audiovisual adaptation from a comic by Alfonso Azpiri, what allowed her to join at last the cinematographic industry. Nowadays, moving between Granada and Barcelona, she has her own atelier which includes its production team, centred in costume design for audiovisual ends and the marketing of her collection.

May 11th, 2007I'm 27 years old and of Laotian nationality. More about me: I fell in love with art since I was a child. Art has always been my strong subject at school. Sailor moon was my first inspiration to draw manga style. I have not posted my old works yet -- perhaps another day. Secondly, Final Fantasy (VII-VIII-X-XII-XIII) was my inspiration for digital art and fantasy characters. Recently, I have been in love with photography. I have a thirst for improvement. Hobby: I spend most of my time on online forums (mostly about One Piece), read manga online, do photography, drawing, watching anime and watch Asian drama. You can also follow me at http://aki001.deviantart.com Thank you for stopping by and have a nice day!
Oct 30th, 2007I first started off tinkering with green stuff (two part epoxy called Kneadatite) back in 2005 mainly out of curiosity add to existing pieces. This quickly grew and soon I was doing more complex work. In 2006 I made my very first scratch build and developed a taste for it. Since then I have expanded my horizons, sculpting all manner of different things, with whatever took my fancy and sparked my imagination. This has grown even further and into a semi professional level, having worked for about four companies including Troll forged miniatures and avatars of war so far. I'm always looking at pushing my skills, trying new ideas designs and materials.
