There was a Saturn covering by the moon on 22 May 2007 and I managed to get these shots with my telescope. Was kinda hard because Saturn came out on the lighted site of the moon ... but I managed :smile

Yes. I have tried a few shots of objects in the night sky. It is hard to do successfully. If the equipment works, then use it. Give it try or try coasttocoastam.com.
