I started out with modifying the skull from my logo and thought to do a vector black and white image. But sometimes I get carried away. Anyway my first non-manipulation work. Im pretty satisfied for a first try and painting with mouse.

The blood splash effect is a stock photo and the text is a font though ;) Rest is all basic painting and/or alot of standard filter effects.
