Thanks for the input. I'll work on that next time. More variation in skin tone, more saturated shadows, less clothing. I think I got it.
Jul 31st, 2007I chose to have a life. Oh wait, I don't have life. Let me rephrase, I choose to not have a life in a different way XD. Really, I just don't want to get sucked in. I know once I was sucked in I would never find my way out.
Jul 26th, 2007Wow, This is definitely something different from you. Even though I love your ladies, it is nice to see something like this from you.
Jul 26th, 2007Nice drawing. The colors are great as well. Does Mr. Chan have a portfolio here?
Jul 26th, 2007So its up to me eh? lol. Your images are pretty inspiring.
Jul 25th, 2007The face and eyes have a lot of emotion and the composition is good too. The eyes really draw me in. I would also like to know what geosarray means by pushing the skin tones. I Think there is some room for refining your brush work, blending and adding some intermediary colors. Hm, maybe thats what he meant.
Jul 25th, 2007Like you mentioned, their clothes vs the weather, guns vs bows, new vs old... thats what is about. At least thats my story XD. Anyway, thanks for the comment :)
Jul 25th, 2007Thanks. Yeah, it feels a bit unfinished to me as well, but it took me a fair amount of time and kinda got tired. A side effect of how I work (slow and methodical?) which I'm trying to fix...
