Here is a light bulb I created in CINEMA 4D, I used the Bezier tool to draw the basic shapes then added Lathe & Sweep NURBS for a realistic light bulb shape. I also added glass & metal materials to the shapes then soft lighting that I believe gives the overall image a great sense of realism.

oh you are right. It is as real as the thing itself! kudos! My friend uses cinema 4d... he must be wanting to learn that if i showed it to him...
