Nice colours and mood. The bubbles look fantastic and so does the shading on the girl's face. The neck does look a bit awkward like others have pointed out, but overall is a very pleasant image to look at.

well done on the face and the bubbles. how did you make the bubbles? they seem insanely detailed compared to the rest of the image. the neck lacks definition and there's no shoulder/chest, but you know that :)

I actually made the bubbles extremely large, did the base shading on one layer, added random colors and trees, applied some filters and used the liquify tool to make each one unique. Then I shrunk them to the appropriate size, and adjusted saturation and transparency.
