This is Bekas, my female dog. I picked her up when she was 2 months old. She was malnourished, filled with small wounds in her paws and legs and to get things worse she didn't have anyone to keep her.
She grew up to be a more or less healthy animal. Unfortunately genetics didn't give her a break and she was already submitted to a surgery in order to take care of her hip dysplasia.

I love this shot although not all monitors will show the same colors. She looks amazing and I managed to get a fair amount of focus on this photo.
I'm crazy about my 2 dogs. They have been through so much that they deserve all the best.

Animals have feelings. Treat them well and they will be your best friends forever.
