"Clara's Lullaby" 11x14 watercolours and coloured pencils on hot press Arches. Completed for THE ENCHANTED VISIONS PROJECT Dec. theme, "Winter Lullaby".

Based on the Nutcracker by Tschaikovski and on the cartoon i religiously used to watch every Christmas time...need to update to DVD! :-D
You see Clara sitting at window in her bedroom listening to a musical wind up glass ball, playing the Sugar Plum Fairy...
I was given one of those musical glass balls for Christmas with just this tune and i adore it!
