It all starts in your head. Your brain starts to machinate and mingle with different thoughts with a person. Maybe a simple look, a simple smile or a simple hello by a person which is pleasant to our eyes triggers our mind taking and relating everything from the action of mild affection to the sexual intercourse, therefore our thoughts are overwhelmed of excitement, but we gained nothing.........I've been guilty of this sin many times.....and is not to blame.......we as a fallen race constantly experiment with this thoughts..........this is the prelude to lust
