i think your pieces are truly amazing if you separate the elements, but when put together, sometimes they look awkwardly composed. fortunately, this one suffers very much less from that, although i still think with more focus on one subject (lizard or child), it would be nicer. they're both greatly painted and... equally distracting. still, there's no doubt that your skills are top notch.

This is fantastic. Both look so life-like and flawless. But I have to agree with meng, both are equally distracting (in a good way of course).
