Psi soldiers saluting their OIC. These guys can pull mind tricks and use magic against their adversaries. These guys don't carry any rifles or guns. Instead they carry a special gauntlet that can produce magic. They can also read minds and turn the tides of war. There are only a few of these psi soldiers in the world that they are in high demand.
I suck at painting people. It's a weakness and I will overcome it one day and just paint people for a while.

Yes, definitely takes time. I'm myself just learning to painting digitally. I can't draw straight lines with my tablet just yet, but as my master Feng Zhu says, it takes time. Practice. Practice! Color and value are most important. I usually start with black and white and get my values done first. Then move on to color.

Starting in B/W is a good technique, especially for character designs. I am still quite new to the technique but it's definitely very effective! Glad you like it.
