I felt that I had potential to put more effort into it and make it something more believable. It was fun to actually add more details to an existing painting I did a little while ago.

Wow, really cool work! As has been said earlier, this light is particularly good here, and I love the bright reflections on the ground. I did like the man you had on the ground in the original picture, as it added something more human to the picture, and gave a sense of scale. But overall, this version is greatly improved.

Yes I have to agree with you completely. I tried adding the little man back in there somewhere but the flat mud took over it's place pretty good. I had drawn a small boat for the man but I wasn't feeling the composition with the light on the left either... so I basically just said screw it. Thanks for liking the pic! :)
