Traditional Art is defined as a style of art that uses "real media". Real media can be anything, from paintings done with oils, to collages made from cut-up magazines. While the definition of Art is always going to be subject to opinion, Many people have created experimental works that changed the face of what we consider to be art.
The main thing was that they learned what they could and applied it in a personal way. Many of the poeple we now call 'great' were laughed at by society when they created their first truly original works. Picasso, Pollock, Monet, Beethoven, Mozart, even though they experienced wealth and fame in their lifetimes, their work was denigrated at every turn by critics attempting to pull them down. Listen to the critics that are building you up by showing you how to progress. Keep working toward your goal, no matter how absurd it may seem at times.
Let's check out some awesome Traditional Art!
