Each week that goes by, The Shadowness Staff and our Founder, Meng To ( /7shadows ) get together on Sunday afternoon and scratch our brain stems and try to figure out new and interesting ways in which we can give back to the community. We dream up new contests, argue over site updates and plan new features to make Shadowness even better!
We've grown like crazy in the last couple of months, nearly quadrupling our size!
Here is what Shadowness Members have helped us achieve:
- We're now receiving 60,000+ pageviews a day. That's 2 MILLION pageviews monthly.- On Facebook, we've reached 1,900 fans of the Shadowness page.
- Our daily output of articles is now 3 features per day, each article being viewed 300+ times and our Daily Inspiration article is veiwed more than 500 times and shared by over 700 people each week!
- The Shadowness community posts 500+ artworks and writes over 4,000 comments daily. If you want to see how we've grown, check the increase from just last week!
New Features
Here are the features that we've added in order to optimize your Shadowness experience!- Memcached is up and running to help keep Shadowness lightning-fast.
- Fixed the issue with Shadowness updates ending up in spam folders
- Fixed the Shadowness timeout issue, should be no futher timeouts. :)
