Jul 11th, 2007get a bigger one and hang it on your wall. so if you are not working you can have it set so it looks like an aquraium or a expensive piece of painting.
OR you can run Defcon on that stuff..
haha yeah that's a nice idea.. but i can do that already with the 22" incher, they have (at least the samsung does) back support for wall mount.
Jul 11th, 2007I'm leaning on getting the 226BW myself. It seems, however, you have to be careful when buying it, as quality differs with each model. There's an 'A' model, an 'S' model, and one other, but I hear the 'S' one is the best as it is Samsung manufactured directly. So if you buy it retail, I'd suggest you look into that. If you buy it online, ... well hopefully you get lucky! :) When it comes to monitors/TVs, I'm a Samsung fan.

Jul 16th, 2007I don't think there is Samsung manufactured models on the market anymore. They used the fact that 226BW had a great reputation to put a new cheaper to produce model on the market. As you can guess, the new model is bad. I hate Samsung for the fact that they didn't change the model number after doing that and I don't believe we will see the Samsung manufactured model again.
Here it is for my piece of advice.
although compared to asus it would still be a good choice it seems...
a friend of mine got one a ocuple months ago and has no problems at all.. i just hope i'm that lucky.

Jul 10th, 2007So i thought of a good cheap 22" widescreen lcd and 2 names came along Samsung's 226BW and Asus MW221U.
Both go around the same price with a 30€ difference being the asus the cheapest, but which one is the best?
I'm already leaning towards 226BW i've seen it and i like it but i never seen the asus one in my life, so what are your oppinions? Anyone has tried both or any of them?
