Shadowness - felizuko http://shadowness.com Heyho, i´m Felix aka. felizuko from Cologne, Germany I like photography, and a lot of it- from landscapes to studio work. One of my main themes is ... en Domsicht I http://shadowness.com/felizuko/domsicht-i
New view on the wonderful cathedral of Cologne, Germany Find more: http://www.facebook.com/felixindenphotography http://www.felixinden.com https://plus.google.com/u/0/+FelixInden/posts Wed, 05 Mar 2014 18:32:15 -0500 Celestial Delivery II http://shadowness.com/felizuko/celestial-delivery-ii
Here we come straight to one of the strongest Aurora bursts that i presenced since i saw them for the first time. They had such a big energy that the whole fjord was lid up... Standing there alone with myself in front of these majestic mountains with these lights above i felt like Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds ;) Trippy experience... I hope you like this shot and wish you a great week! About half an hour after sunset the mountains in my back began to show a very strong Alpenglow. Locals told me this doesn´t happen very often on Lofoten, so i was even more happy to have reacted fast enough to shoot this panorama. https://plus.google.com/u/0/+FelixInden http://www.facebook.com/felixindenphotography Sun, 23 Feb 2014 10:08:54 -0500 Celestial Delivery http://shadowness.com/felizuko/celestial-delivery
The strongest display of Aurora borealis that i have ever whitnessed showed to me on the first evening of my recent trip to Lofoten in Norway. In between it was so strong i couldnt hold myself and i must have been making funny and strange noises while i took one exposure after the other until this phenomenon stopped after 3 hours. It was then 4 in the morning and i simply staid awake to shoot a nice sunrise, but that´s another story to tell one of these days. It´s a fishertown and this particular morning it was raining a lot so i just popped some filters on and let some really long exposures spin. I hope you like the timeless mood this gave in the end. The lighthouse was quite hard to handle, but in the end it fits into the frame and i couldn´t change it anyhow. I hope you like it and wish you a nice day and clear skies for my nordic friends. The water of river Hvita sinks into a lava (hraun) field and after some kilometers it pours out of the lava and flows back into the river that passes the Barnafoss some meter before this spot. The colours of this river and the waterfalls is the most beautiful watercolour that i have ever seen. Have a nice day everybody! Everytime i was there i didn´t have luck with the weather. The bizarre cloud mixed with a kind of golden-blue hour that i haven´t seen here so far. In combination with the artificial city light sources yesterday evening was a very interesting lightmood.
