I think it is mostly the expression on the face. The rest of the scenery looks calm and peculiar..totally love the soft fluffy falling sky...but when I see that face it makes the whole painting have a sense of anxiety. Like the falling atmosphere is going to hurt me! Yes, when art creates an emotion in people then you know you have done your job well.

Wow! This one is amazing. But it is different than the ones you have done in the past...this one actually gives me a very real sense of stress. I can't help it. I feel stress when I look at it. It takes a lot of talent to achieve a response like that. Very powerful.

  Wow! I really appreciate this, I have had bouts with anxiety and wanted to make a piece portraying what it feels like to be in it. Since it made you feel that way I can assume I accomplished a little bit of what I was going for! Thanks so much for commenting, as always :D

  So weird...I replied to this yesterday & I can't find where it went! There are two versions of this, but I eventually went with this one because it more accurately portrays anxiety. The other is just a normal head :) Again, thank you so much!
