Nov 29thI'm french guy, from Paris. I did my studies in artistic school during 5 years. After a little bit of freelance, I decided to study the 3D art, for that I went in CGI school in Montpellier. In 2011-2012, I went in Australia during 1 year. For meet people, travel, speak english.. I love draw by graphic tablet, but I never go somewhere without my travelbook for drawing everywhere. I think Photoshop is a fantastic tool for drawers but first of all, training in real world ;)
Nov 28thLowbrow is a widespread populist art movement with origins in the underground comix world, punk music, hot-rod street culture, and other subcultures. Lowbrow art often has a sense of humor - sometimes the humor is gleeful, sometimes impish, and sometimes it is a sarcastic comment. The single most common tactic that Lowbrow artists employ is to poke fun at convention. They know the "rules" of art, and consciously choose not to abide by them. If the test of time for legitimacy (as an artistic movement) means that Lowbrow speaks/spoke, in visual terms, to the millions of us who share a common cultural, symbolic language - albeit a "lower" or "middle" class, media-driven language - then, yes, Lowbrow is here to stay. Anthropologists will probably study Lowbrow in the future, to attempt to figure out late 20th and early 21st century U.S. societal influences.

Sep 4thI'm a self taught illustrator from the Philippines. My artworks usually focus on women with very long hair surrounded by flowers and vines. Other artworks depend on what I feel or what I have experienced. I do traditional and digital illustrations. I usually listen to music while I draw something because for me it helps a lot when I'm making details to my drawings. My dream is to become a childrens book illustrator. As of today, I'm still trying to find and learn more techniques in drawing to improve my illustrations. =) You can also find me here: Tumblr: http://nikkiradan.tumblr.com/ Behance: http://www.behance.net/nikkiradan
Sep 3rdArt Book: www.amazon.com/author/isissousa OBS: I don't collect followers. ONLY follow my work if you REALLY like it. Thanks ;) I am a 27 year old, self-taught freelance CG Artist (illustrator, concept artist, graphic designer) with over 10 years of experience in Graphic Design. I have written my first book “Art of Isis Sousa & Guests”, coming soon via Mad Artist Publishing, the first of many to come. As part of my commitment to see artworks (almost) every day and improve as artist, I am now part of IT’SART team, helping administrating the CG Gallery and working on digital painting video classes for this site. I’ve also joined the administrator’s team of the fabulous Deviant Art Group, #AllWomen, to help moderating the group’s galleries. Nonetheless, as part of my commitment to improve as individual, I read, think and discuss Leadership on a weekly basis. I was born and raised in Brazil, living mostly of life in São Paulo, a wonderful mega city. On the last 3 and half years I’ve been living in Norway, with my best half. We live in a gorgeous small valley in the middle of the country, surrounded by waterfalls, a small river, mountains and forests. A perfect location for a closer contact with forest spirits, gnomes, trolls and other magic creatures. On my scarce free time I like to weave, knit, bake, watch great movies, read good books and paint more! Did I mention I am member of two “handicrafts & tradition” community groups? If you have any questions of feedback about my work, please, feel welcome to contact me!
Sep 30thWelcome to my Shadowness profile! First thing you should know is I will fav and run! I don't always have a comment -- but by fav'ing your work, I'm clearly stating that I love it. :D Secondly, Yes I did consider putting a bunch of gobbledygook here about who I am, what my inspirations are, my mediums, my shows and my awards -- Wouldn't it just be easier and less irritating to visit my website instead? I've got a lot more work there, plenty of information about me and mine, as well as information about how you can own some. :)
