Glacia the Ice Dragon

[EDIT]: this is not meant to portray that pokemon. it has nothing to do with it at all.

eh what the hell?.. and suddenly there is this eevee evolution pokemon called 'glacia' - the ice evolution form for eevee.

i first created this dragon character back in 2000-2001. their names are merely a coincidence. however...it scares me really...because..vaporeon happened a big influence in my character's design. ho crap, the creators of pokemon are coming back to kill me. [/random statement]
