these wood columns are remnants of the AYP exposition, a world's fair held in Seattle in 1909. The grounds that the exposition where held is now the University of Washington campus.

    ugh..darn "enter" key gets me every time. :|

    anyway..really nice lines and textures..something different for sure, in great contrast to your usual waterfalls. think you should definitely keep exploring urban and architecture in your photography!

      aww..thank you very much, LA! funny how my photography roots were mainly architecture, starting to dabble back into it now that i have much inspiration to see it in a non photojournalistic view

      Yeah, there's plenty of inspiration, lots of great urban photographers around! Glad you're getting back into it though. You truly have the knack for it, and truth be told, I'm a bit jealous of that! It's something I've always wanted to do and be good at..just not sure it's there, or at least not ready to emerge yet.
