dyad by dittto

the largest of its kind in the united states..the dam removals along the elwah river are near complete. after nearly 100 years of being controlled..the water of elwah is now free to flow and is in the process of clearing the build up of sediment from the dams 100 years of service and rebuilding its ecosystem. along with a downpour of rain prior to my visit, the waters were extremely high, fast and resembled liquid ash..top it off with some extra foggy atmosphere and a glimpse of fall colors and you have me..one happy photographer gleaming at the sight of nature, reclaiming its awesome power

elwah river near Pt Angeles, WA

please dont use my art in any way without my permission..thank you :]
