wildflowers are really late this year and the light was less than cooperative..not a real cloud in the sky for over a week! very unusual for a northwest september. but along with all the other lighting conditions that i encounter..just work with whats given to me at the time. will hopefully make a return trip when the wildflowers take over the land and the clouds are back :)

    As I said, just a gorgeous capture! I found myself wondering the entire week if you ever take a bad shot...i think the answer is "no" for sure. Really love this composition and the way my eye is led right to Mt Rainier in the distance. So glad the flowers were out!
