Well I am self taught on photoshop for about four and a half years, almost 5 years. :)

I don't know what is your country but there are a lot of magasines with good tutorials (advanced photoshop for example) ! On internet also there are a lot of tutorials, if you have one email I can send you one list of fews sites with a lot of tutorials :D (sorry for my english)
