Both for me, and still depends on program im using, if its 3dsmax or maya it still has to be a pc, but for design purposes id go with a mac anyday, just to look at more than anything :P
Jul 18th, 2007 Shadow DragonUsing both... PC mostly for everything and artworks, design...
Mac only for photography, the colors range in the system make me drool lol
also mac never fail.. almost. and keeping all my photos into a mac is Alot more safe in my opinion lol
my PC is a laptop and my Mac a desktop, so both have advantages over the other. I had to get a good external hard drive tho, so I could use files between both.
Jul 18th, 2007I really wanted to try putting XP on my mac just to see if it runs any better, but my mac isn't an intel one, so it wouldnt work :(
Jul 18th, 2007I'm forced to use a mac for about all my design work but honestly, I'm more comfortable on a PC. Macs aren't bad, but some things annoy me with them so I prefer working on PCs,
Aug 30th, 2007always a pc, no question about it. more compatibility with a lot more productivity tools (not only graphics programs and extensions but file managers, browsers, backup tools, etc.).

the question always has to be broached, are you a MAC or PC inclined designer? With most programs now working cross platform, a lot of people like myself are using both. What's your views?
