Would it make it even better if I told you all those bushy looking things in that tree are bundles of mistletoe? :) That lovely couple have been there since before I was born. I know that for a fact. I can remember when I was just a small kid spending time out there swimming during summers. Its an old Water Oak tree.

yes, it boosts the romantic episode of the lovers even more... as the mistletoe is an archaic myth.....oh thank you very much for letting me know.... also the closeness you have to this place... may i have felt your intimate relation to it...did your capture reflect this.... i think so... that's why it is so absolutely strong... meaningful..... and that's why i noticed the tree and the pier as a dearly loving couple...... :-))
i see by myself, pictures i do where i am familiar... they become different than pictures i do where i am for the first time..... as we could put the soul of the place into the picture coz we know it so well........

You said it very well my friend. Yeah growing up with this location visited so often, I made so many great memories with people I still call friend to this day. And it feels nice to still be able to return and make memories there to this day. You are welcome...I knew you would appreciate the mistletoe in that old oak. The pier is actually falling apart finally after all these years but I will always remember it. I have some closer shots at the pier I will share on here to.
