I'm a Graphic Student in the 3th year. Who's trying to increase his Photoshop skills..
Jun 1stI welcome everyone which were willing to visit the my profile. I have to the name Joanna, but are saying "Blanket" about me. From disappointment I am a computer graphic designer. A lot of time I am devoting to the picture and the graphics. Apart from that I adore also horses which fascinated me for the youngest years. He is also included in my interests, music [including classical music], film, reading books. I am spending the free time also in an art galleries, participating in exhibitions of different kind. I am dealing with the picture from a child. I am trying to find inspiration in everything, as me will interest. The majority of my works is an effect of accurate observation. I think, that every even seemingly the simple thing can turn out to be the excellent topic for creating unusual work. For drawing I am using different techniques, among others pencil, coal, dry pastela, mieszane.W techniques one's works I am keeping an eye on details, peculiarly creating portraits I am trying to refine every detail in order to grant the realistic appearance them. This simple task isn't and he/she often demands the huge patience.
Feb 16thFirst name is Ruby and her surname is shorter than her first name. ;) Hahaha! She's not a photographer nor an artist. But she loves arts and appreciate everything about it. Half of her lives in Manila, Philippines and the other half in Japan. Hahaha! She's very much curious and interested on the Japanese cultures and arts. She kept 3 thick Japanese Dictionaries too. Apr 5th, 2011Much of my work begins with subjects related with death, with the strange, the sick, the pathological, the withdrawn from the common. It appeals to the beauty that is within what strays from the mainstream taste, to the enjoyment of the morbid and the decadent, not because of a superficially provoking attitude, but because of the conviction that beauty does not have a fixed nor defined parameter, with every project being an attempt of making the reflection and direct contemplation of the human decadence sublime. I play with the duality, with the metaphor, the beauty of what is “ugly”
Apr 14th, 2011Not a born artist. Love arts. From music, to sculptures, paintings, photography, and the likes, all are appreciated. Reasons why this lad keeps on striving and living and breathing and find meaning in life. Here to appreciate the talent of everyone signed up in here. Also to share how I see the world around me. Hope I give justice in the photos I will be uploading. Finding greatness and inspiration in each and everyone here. Sort of a frustrated writer/musician/photographer, but isn't fantastic in any field. My Canon PowerShot SD1400 IS named Cannie is my companion through my journey, but I freaking lost it, so for now, I'm wothout a tool (sigh, still broken hearted). I tend to comment and give my insights on features and photos that captured my interest, so apologies if I talk quite a lot sometime :P
