Since i was on Art School 12 years ago, i wanted to work in the CG or Games Industry. But, bad luck, that never happened ;) Working now as a Art Director in a advertising agency, i`m a little tired of advertising :D The works i`m presenting here are all freetime Projects to keep my head clear from all this Website, Flyer, MumboJumbo ... ;)

    another 3D artist... OMG!! I really like your sculpts man... kinda curious though how do you achieve an artistic feel on your images... mine's just plastic-thingy quality, do you do heavy comp in photoshop after rendering? would be glad to hear from you... cheers!!

      Hey, first of all a big thank you for your nice words. So, i do some comp in Photoshop and After Effects indeed.

      But i`ve read that you are using ZBrush for your sculpts. Some Hints for that: I suppose you use the default Lighting Model in Zbrush?! You should try out the Lightcap function. Throw in a hdr map or if you have none, try out a common jpg. Now you have a solid foundation for further lighting tweaks. You can also create some manual lights in Lightcap. Try using some sort of rim light with very high values to lighten up the edges of your sculpt on one side. Most of the time, i`m using some warm on the one and some cold light on the other side to get a more colorful look with color contrasts. Also make use of the BPR render, especially the Wax Preview SSS and AO Channels to get a more organic look (You have to switch to the Skin Material for this).

      So, i hope i was able to help you out a bit. I`m not sure, if i have told you something new and not something you already know If you have questions, then i would be glad to help you out

      hahaha, ehm... yes, yes that is my second native language, i suppose... not I`m going on vacation to Prague next year. Maybe I can catch up some czech phrases, but i`m afraid it won`t help our conversations, if I can order a beer on czech.

      I know two of your beers. budweiser, not this american shit and the other is called in Germany Pilsener Urquell.

      I really hope Prague is beautiful, it has to beat Edinburgh in every aspect. We start in Poland, then Prague and our last stop is Budapest. Have been there before. Also a pretty cool City. Good to know that "jedno pivo, prosím " means "Ein Bier, bitte"... now i`m able to survive in the Czech Republic

      Come on, i don`t have anything against americans, they are able to fly to the moon, but never ever be able to brew beer. I don`t know if Budweiser from Czech is also called Budweiser in your home. We have both, the american and the czech in Germany.

      Your Budweiser is awesome, but the american... you know?! Speaking German is certainly difficult. You don`t want to hear me talking English.

      Never been in Prague, no. We concentrated our Trips to the UK the last years. Especially Ireland and Scotland. Have you ever been there? The Irish and Scots are really awesome folks.

      i am sure your english sounds very well i have never been in Scotland or Ireland but i would like to visit these countries some day...and Norway! i love nature and Norway or Sweden are beautiful and well i would like to see England countryside and its true i have never been in Germany XD so far

      Yes, it could only be my fault. Allright, even if you started the conservation You`re not going out on a big badass New Years Eve Party over three days? Come on you are Czech, you have to....

      Well, i`m not a great fan of New years Eve. In this Case, i`m more of a grinch I`m going to a good friend of mine playing Poker, enjoying some beer and maybe some good Irish Whiskey with my closest friends. That`s all. After i have survived the end of the Maya calendar, there is nothing left

      And i would not say, that we have no sense for Humor. Most of the Germans are only more the grumpy kind of person. Sometimes i thnk, we only have Hipster and Grumpy People in Germany... most of the time

      My Travelmate and me are addicted by Whiskey almost after our Trip to Ireland, suprise suprise Texas Hold `em of course... not that kind of poker that i don`t hope you where thinking of

      You don`t know Gangnam Style? The Czech Republic have been spared of Gangam Style? You lucky ones... Your country is the new paradise. Gangnam Style is a World Wide Smash Hit by a south Korean "Rapper" called Psy. It is less the Song than the dancing style of this guy. And it is NOT exaggerated if i say, that it is the most stupid dancing style in the world. Feel free to search on Youtube
