I had this theme in my head for quite some time, and finally found some time to paint it. I wanted to paint something that was surreal in style, while leaving it open for interpretation. I learned a lot about conveying mood in this one as well.

Nice mood! i'm like dehk.. rain is pretty neat :) Good capture of the character and the umbrella looks very realistic, it's good addition with the crow on top of it aswell and the surrounding planets are neat aswell, they've got good shading/light on them, keep it up!

This strike a chord in me. The art is very nice, the contrast of the flesh and the rest of the picture give a wonderful mood.
