The second one is when she meets the wolf and he's able to mislead her, and she's going to pick some flowers, giving the wolf some advantage on the way to grandmother's.
In this one i remembered the Magritte's painting where an horseman it's in the forest and thought it would be a nice way to show the wolf in this case.
here's a link to the painting,

the odd sense of perspective is intriguing (how the wolf disappears behind a tree which should be further back, but appears in front of a tree which should be closer, and how he disappears completely although there are no trees blocking the path at all)
Sep 25th, 2007 Reply Feel free to contact methe mystical color and feeling and odd sense of perspective would fit charmingly well with a children's book. is this series going to be published as a children's book? i would love to buy a copy if it is.

Hello leiko and thanks for the words.
Sep 25th, 2007 ReplyThe wolf was painted that way just to give the notion that he's everywhere in the forest. Just a little visual game.
It's not going to published, i did it for a contest, of children illlustration, but thank you for the interest!
