boredomsketch - Stay True details
Some details from my xkelx's portrait.
To her face i've done a custom brush from a heart tattoo that she has made.
And you can also see a little bit closer the bird and the typography i've made, that is the sentence which she tatooed on her wrists.

:)

boredomsketch - Little Riding Hood 3
The final one is when the wolf already at grandmother's house and the little girl is entering the house, without knowing that the wolf is there. I've tried to tell the reader that he's there, trying not be literal doing so.

boredomsketch - Little Riding Hood 2
The second one is when she meets the wolf and he's able to mislead her, and she's going to pick some flowers, giving the wolf some advantage on the way to grandmother's.
In this one i remembered the Magritte's painting where an horseman it's in the forest and thought it would be a nice way to show the wolf in this case.
here's a link to the painting,

  • leiko the odd sense of perspective is intriguing (how the wolf disappears behind a tree which should be further back, but appears in front of a tree which should be closer, and how he disappears completely although there are no trees blocking the path at all)

the mystical color and feeling and odd sense of perspective would fit charmingly well with a children's book. is this series going to be published as a children's book? i would love to buy a copy if it is.

  • boredomsketch Hello leiko and thanks for the words.
The wolf was painted that way just to give the notion that he's everywhere in the forest. Just a little visual game.
It's not going to published, i did it for a contest, of children illlustration, but thank you for the interest!

    :)

boredomsketch - Phobia
I've tried not to show a phobia but try to interpret what it is and what it does to a people with a phobia.
It's a fear that is extreme and let's the person helpless.
So, although it's not fully understandable the person on the drawing is naked and it's in a fetal position, so it seems more fragile.
Phoibia it's also a fear that borns and grows in our head, in our mind. And it does not gives us good thing so it's a dead tree growing in his head, with no fruits or leafs to give.
Enjoy it! :)

boredomsketch - Unlocked
My idea regarding this work was to try to visualize somehow how a person's "heart" can be unlocked and the wounds that other relationships created are healed.
