The story of Mang Kanor

ENGLISH VERSION~
In a faraway land called Mesopotamia there was a small boy named Kanor. Kanor was cheery and smart, but he was also very clever. At a young age he had suffered loss. His family was caught in a tragic accident that cost them their life. Their death crushed him. He was left alone to push on with his life. Kanor became a vagabond, tramping in dirty streets. He bore his heavy cross of cold, hunger and loneliness until he grew old and his hairs turned gray. Kanor knew his days were numbered. He was getting weak and his bones were groaning. The night was cold and he sought shelter from the biting winds beneath a cliff. The momentary relief caused him to reminisce about sweet memories and blissful seasons. Days when his life was still worth living. Tears poured from his weary eyes, down his ancient wrinkled face until he gave himself to dreams.
When morning came they found his body, cold and dead by the cliff. There was a smile upon his lips.
At last he has been released to finally be free and return to those he loves…

TAGALOG VERSION~
Sa isang malayung lugar sa misopotamia ay may isang bubwit na ang pangalan ay Kanor. Siya ay masayahin, matalino ngunit pilyong bata, sa kanyang murang idad ay wala na syang amat ina. Namatay ang kanyang parents sa isang malagim na aksidente. Ngunit kahit ganun paman, pinag patuloy nya ang buhay. Nag palaboy-laboy sya sa lansangan, Pasan-pasan nya ang sarili niyang kros, tiniis nya ang lamig, gutom, at at pangungulila. Hangang siya ay tumanda na at nararamdaman na nya na malapit na siyang pumanaw. Isang gabi sya ay nag muni-muni at na alala niya ang masasaya at matatamis na tagpo sa kanyang buhay, siya ay napaluha, hangang siya ay na naka tulog. kina umagahan siya ay natagpuang wala ng buhay, Ngunit siya ay naka ngiti dahil dala nya ang masasayang alaala ng kanyang kabataan at sa wakas makakapiling narin niya ang kanyang amat ina sa langit..adios AMIGO.. :P
